How to return
- Write to us with your order number and the pieces you want to return, or send us the withdrawal form below. Any clear statement of your decision is enough.
- We reply within two working days with the returns address and how to pack the parcel.
- Send the pieces within 14 days of telling us, with a tracked service, unworn, unwashed and with their tags. Keep the receipt of the shipment.
- We refund you within 14 days of your notice, with the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the pieces, or until you show us that you sent them.

What it costs
The return shipping is paid by you. It is free when a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: in that case we send you a prepaid label or refund the cost of the shipment. We refund the price of the returned pieces and, if you return the whole order, the standard delivery cost you paid.
Another size or colour
We do not hold exchanges, so the size you want does not sell out while the parcel travels: place a new order for the new size and return the first one. The refund for the returned piece arrives as usual.
Condition of returned pieces
You can try pieces on as you would in a shop. Pieces that have been worn outside, washed, altered or damaged, or that come back without their tags, may be refunded only in part, for the loss of value. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and swimwear can be returned only with their hygiene seal intact.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason (art. 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code; Directive 2011/83/EU). The period starts on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; for an order delivered in several parcels, it starts on the day you receive the last one. Our -day return period includes and extends this right; it does not limit it.
